Holisyntony, the Pinnacle of Holistic Health?

🎵 Understanding Asyntony and Its Impact on Your Well-Being

Imagine a symphony…

Each instrument plays in perfect coordination. The orchestra breathes, rises, and transports. Then suddenly, a musician is out of tune, another plays off tempo. Chaos ensues.

We are like this orchestra: a complex system of thoughts, emotions, gestures, and aspirations. By nature, we are a symphony. But often, over time, different parts of ourselves become misaligned, and we play out of sync.

Testimonial: A Doctor Friend Seeking Reharmonization ↓

I was speaking with a doctor friend who confessed, almost ashamed, that she felt “unaligned.” She took care of others but felt sick inside. That’s when I introduced her to the word: asyntony.

A term to describe this deep disharmony. She looked at me, intrigued: “Do you have a method to realign all of this?”

I told her yes: Holisyntony.

1. Why Are We Asyntonic?

A Culture That Fragments Our Being

Modern culture, built on analysis and segmentation, has taught us to dissect reality. While this analytical thinking has led to remarkable advances, it has also fragmented our lives over time, creating a world of separation:

  • Disconnection from oneself: Internal tensions between thoughts, emotions, and body.
  • Social isolation: Increasing individualization, loss of collective meaning.
  • Ecological crisis: Destruction of life and disconnection from nature.

In sociology, this is called dissociation. Dissociation from ourselves, from others, from nature, and even from the sacred.

According to shamanic traditions, this dissociation is the root of all illnesses. The shaman’s role is to restore connections: with the invisible, the community, and the Earth. We have forgotten this wisdom, and it makes us asyntonic.

Reflective Question:

Do your mind, emotions, and body vibrate together? Or do you feel internal tensions holding you back?

2. Fundamental Principles

  • Global Vision: A holistic approach considering both your being and your environment.
  • Interconnection of Dimensions: A physical symptom may have multiple causes—physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.
  • Activation of Healing Forces: Instead of “fixing,” we stimulate self-healing capacities by enhancing the vitality of life forces.
  • Tailored Guidance: Each individual has a unique healing path. Unlike therapies that stick to a specific technique, Holisyntony offers the right tool at the right time, even referring to specialists when necessary.

3. How Does a Holisyntony Session Work?

âś… Assessment

In the first session, the practitioner explores all dimensions of your situation:

  • Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual assessment
  • Symptoms and healing journey
  • Lifestyle
  • Blockages and limiting beliefs
  • Goals and deep aspirations

The aim is to understand the interactions between your different states (mental, physical, emotional) and establish an evolving global diagnosis that extends to your environment and social systems (relationships, work, etc.).

4. Why Are Multiple Sessions Recommended?

The first session often brings major breakthroughs. Many clients say they gain insights in one session that they hadn’t achieved in years of therapy. However, lasting transformation takes time.

It is recommended to follow 7 to 15 sessions to:

  • Stabilize changes
  • Reinforce new habits
  • Deepen self-realization

2. Holisyntony: The Key to Restoring Balance

Holisyntony offers an alternative to this fragmentation:
Not a temporary fix, but a global harmony.

Definition and Origin of the Concept:

Etymology of “Holisyntony”:

  • Holi-: From the Greek holos, “whole”, suggesting a holistic approach.
  • Syntony: From sĂ˝n (together) and tonos (harmony), describing a state of perfect accord.

Holisyntony is both:

  1. A global harmony: when all parts of a system (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) work in synergy.
  2. A philosophy of life: aiming to align all aspects of human existence.
  3. A practical method: based on the alignment and connection of vital forces.

Being holisyntonic means reaching that state where our thoughts, emotions, and actions align to play together the symphony of our life.

3. The Five Vital Forces of Holisyntony

To achieve inner and outer harmony, Holisyntony relies on five pillars:

  1. Intention
A clear vision of the connection we wish to create.

  2. Consciousness

To embrace with gratitude and clarity the internal and external dynamics.

  3. Responsibility

Daily practices to maintain the connections and respond to needs.

  4. Coherence

To act in alignment with one’s values and deepest aspirations.

  5. Abandonment

To trust the process, letting go with faith and serenity.

*(an old French word I decided to bring back to life for greater accuracy)

4. Staying Asyntonic: An Excessive Price

Staying asyntonic is like walking on one leg.
Every step becomes an effort.

The body tires: stress, chronic illnesses, burnout.

The mind saturates: anxiety, confusion, depression.

Relationships wither: conflicts, loneliness, disconnection.

And that’s not all.

An asyntonic system eventually collapses.

Look at the planet.

Our inner disharmony is reflected externally:

Ecological crisis, social chaos, loss of collective meaning.

If we continue like this,

The price to pay will be immense.

Of course, it’s normal not to always be in perfect balance.

Life is dynamic, and our harmony must be dynamic, mobile, adaptable.

But if tensions and symptoms become chronic…

It’s because we haven’t restored inner harmony.

In summary, living in disharmony has a significant cost:

  • Physical: chronic stress, burnout, inflammatory diseases.
  • Emotional: anxiety, confusion, emotional fatigue.
  • Mental: overwork, loss of clarity and creativity.
  • Relational: conflicts, loneliness, disconnection from others.

Studies show that 60 to 80% of medical consultations are stress-related. Without action, these chronic tensions can lead to serious illnesses and the collapse of vital systems.

5. How to Become Holisyntonic?

When our thoughts, emotions, and actions align,
when our energies start vibrating in synergy,

when the different parts of ourselves play in harmony,

we become a coherent whole.

This is what it means to be “holisyntonic”.

To become holisyntonic, it is necessary to maintain a strong connection with the different parts that make up the system in question.

This connection relies on what we call our “ability to connect” (“reliance”):

  • Connect with oneself: listen to your body, dreams, and emotions.
  • Connect with others: cultivate authentic relationships.
  • Connect with nature: reconnect with the Earth and its cycles.
  • Connect with the sacred: open your mind to a spiritual dimension.

Reflective Question:

What is your quality of connection with the Earth, your body, and your relationships?

6. The Benefits of a Holisyntonic Life

Holisyntony thus becomes the method that allows one to become holisyntonic, whatever the system we are interested in.
Its scope is broad.

This method is well-suited to both well-being and health domains, as well as to managing complex systems (politics, ecology, agriculture, etc.)

For example, individually:

We are in holisyntony when the different parts that make us up (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) and thus all our roles (as a parent, partner, citizen, employee, or boss…) or even all our archetypes (such as the inner child, the conqueror, the guardian, etc.) align and act in synergy in the service of the Being (and thus of “God,” this is the famous “self-realization”).

Here, health is inevitable.

Achieving inner symphony brings profound benefits:

  • On a physical level: reduced stress, better immunity, restorative sleep.
  • On a mental level: clarity, concentration, and increased creativity.
  • On an emotional level: resilience, inner peace, harmonious emotion management.
  • On a spiritual level: a sense of connection with a higher power.

A study by the HeartMath Institute revealed that heart-brain coherence reduces 23% of cortisol levels, the stress hormone.

7. Imagine a Holisyntonic World

Let’s close our eyes. Let’s imagine a world where:

  • Our bodies vibrate with vitality.
  • Our relationships are rich and harmonious.
  • We are in perfect synergy with nature.

A world where every individual, every system, acts in harmony.
This world is possible.

It all starts with you.

With me.

Together.

Everything begins with a first step toward oneself.
